Storyboard work

For my storyboard class last semester, I analyzed the beats from the opening sequence of No Country for Old Men, and was really struck by the composition choices and use of light and shape. Had a lot of fun drawing these.

We also had to do basic storyboards telling a story about a little boy named Billy and his bathroom. Here's one I did.

For the same class, I had to do a number of on-location sketchbook assignments. Here's a few of the ones I liked.

More sketchbook stuff

Some more sketchbook stuff from my second semester. A lot of these are put up to show progress (once I start posting more current work) and show the process I go through to get to some of the more finished pieces I've done.
